Abstract:

This master’s paper is a case study of a project that aims to understand and analyse any managerial problem in that project. Once the problems have been identified, appropriate suggestions have been given. The diploma has been further bifurcated into two parts. First, the paper includes all the critical reviews of project management, essential tools and various processes. The second part focuses on the case study, where the research and the method were used to analyse the managerial problem in the project. The study is based on but not limited to interviews, and it was discovered that the main challenges were communication, project timing, and coordination. The analysis also shows the lessons that the team learned and that there were also various positive takeaways, such as managing workload and adaptability. Based on the analysis, many suggestions were given with the chart flow, resonating with the cost-benefit analysis.
