Tato diplomová práce se věnuje izotachoforetickému využití alfa- a beta-cyklodextrinů při stanovení strukturně podobných molekul. Práce se zabývá využitelností a efektivní aplikací vybraných cyklodextrinů za účelem zlepšení separace stanovovaných látek. Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on isotachophoretic measurement using alfa and beta cyclodextrins for separate similar structured molecules. This publication deals with application some cyclodextrins to make better separation of analytes. It was tested isomers of valeric acid, enantiomers of glutamic acid, some preservatives and some homologous of carboxylic acids. It was tested the application of cyclodextrins …more
