Valuation of Client's Solvency before Request of Loan

Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je „Hodnocení bonity klienta před poskytnutím úvěru“. Klientem se pro účely této práce myslí středně velký nebo velký podnik. V úvodní části se zaměřuji na historii bankovního úvěru, kreditního rizika a nastínění základů finančního plánu. Další části práce se věnují podstatě scoringových a ratingových hodnotících metod včetně zaměření na některé konkrétní modely. Závěrečná část aplikuje získané poznatky na příklad existující firmy, kde na základě finanční analýzy a scoringu hodnotíme její bonitu a rozhodujeme o poskytnutí úvěru.

Abstract:

The theme of this Bachelor thesis is "evaluation of the creditworthiness of the client before the provision of the loan". The client for the purposes of this paper think mid-sized or large enterprise. In the introductory part of the focus on the history of the Bank loan, credit risks and outline the foundations of the financial plan. Other portions of the work are dedicated to nature scoringových and rating evaluation methods including focus on some particular models. The final part of applies lessons learned, for example, existing businesses, where on the basis of financial analysis and assessing its creditworthiness scoring and we decide to grant a loan.
