Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá samoléčbou bolesti se zaměřením na farmakoterapii. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část poskytuje stručný vhled do řešené problematiky. Skládá se ze tří kapitol, ve kterých je uvedena definice bolesti, základní terminologie, dělení, ovlivňující faktory, hodnocení a možnosti jejího ovlivnění. Dále je zde popsáno, jak léky správně užívat a likvidovat. V praktické části jsou popsány informace o výzkumném šetření a interpretace výsledků. Cílem práce je pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjistit informace o užívání volně prodejných analgetik včetně likvidace nepotřebných léků v populaci ČR.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis analyzes pain self treatment with the focus on pharmacotherapy. It is divided into a theoretical part and a practical one. The theoretical part provides a brief insight into the matter. It consists of three chapters in which the definition of pain, basic terminology, types of pain, agents affecting pain, evaluation and various options of influencing the pain are mentioned. Next, it is described there how to use analgesics correctly and how to dispose them. In the practical part there is information on a research and an analysis of its results. The goal of the thesis is to find out information about the use of analgesics available over the counter in the Czech Republic population, as well as about the disposal of the drugs that are of no further use.
