Tato práce se zabývá sledováním výskytu plísní rodu Fusarium a tvorbou vybraných mykotoxinů. U všech identifikovaných kmenů fusarií bylo nutné provést polymerázovou řetězovou reakci pro potvrzení přítomnosti TRI 5 genu, který kóduje tvorbu trichotecenových mykotoxinů. Abstract:
This work deals with monitoring of Fusarium occurrence. The polymerase chain reaction method for confirmation of TRI 5 gene which encodes the production of trichothecene mycotoxins, were performed for all identified strains of Fusarium.
