The metods study the morphology of nanocomposites polymer/clay

Abstract:

První část této bakalářské práce se zabývá použitím elektronových mikroskopů (skenovací elektronový mikroskop, transmisní elektronový mikroskop a mikroskop atomárních sil), při studii morfologie (molekulové struktury) nanokompozitů ve formě polymer/jíl (MMT). Cílem práce bylo vypracování přehledu výhod a nevýhod elektronových mikroskopů vzhledem k jejich použití. Dále byla popsána teorie nanotechnologie, do které byla zahrnuta molekulární nanotechnologie, nanoelektronika a nanomateriály (nanoplniva). V druhé části této práce byl vypracován přehled typů mikroskopů použitých v různých vědeckých článcích zabývajících se studiem polymerních nanokompozitů obsahujících jako nanoplnivo montmorillonit. Dále vyhledány metody přípravy vzorků pro jednotlivé mikroskopické metody. V poslední části této práce byly zpracovány metody hodnocení struktury polymerních nanokompozitů z vyhledaných článků.

Abstract:

The first part of this bachelor work deals with the electron microscope utilization (Scanning electron microscope, Transmission electron microscope and Atomic force microscope) for studying the morphology (molecular structure) of nanocomposites in the form of polymer/clay (MMT). The aim of this work was to elaborate the summary of advantages and disadvantages of electron microscopes regarding to their utilization. Further the theory of nanotechnology, including molecular nanotechnology, nanoelectronic and nanomaterials (nanofiller), was described. In the second parts of this work the overview of microscope utilization in different scientific article dealing with the study of polymer nanocomposites containing as a nanofiller montmorillonite was done. Further the techniques how to prepare samples for individual microscopic method were found. At last part of this work the methods for the structure evaluation of polymer nanocomposite from sought articles were processed.
