Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o podnikatelském subjektu s názvem Kavárna a cukrárna Mirrabelo. Hlavním úkolem této práce je analyzovat spokojenost zákazníků podnikatelského subjektu a následně navrhnout náměty na zlepšení na bázi výsledků, které budou zjištěny. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with a business entity called Kavárna a cukrárna Mirrabelo (Mirrabelo Café and Confectionery). The main goal of this work is to analyse customer satisfaction of the business entity and subsequently make suggestions for improvement based on the results that will be found out.
