Effective debt recovery

Abstract:

Tato závěrečná práce se zabývá tématem efektivního vymáhání pohledávek s ohledem na stanovení co nejefektivnějšího způsobu jak pohledávky účinně vymáhat a jak toto vymáhání realizovat bez nutnosti vynaložení extrémních nákladů. Práce definuje pohledávky jak v teoretické právní rovině tak také v rovině praktické. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé způsoby vymáhání pohledávek, ke kterým jsou vždy přiřazeny praktické příklady. V závěru práce je také uvedeno doporučení pro širokou veřejnost jak pohledávky co nejefektivněji vymáhat. Podnětem k sepsání této práce mi byla současná situace ve společnosti. Stále více lidí se stává dlužníky a s tím roste počet pohledávek, které je potřeba vymáhat. Proto považuji za přínosné sepsání této práce, protože přináší stručný a přehledný informační materiál na dané téma. Ke zpracování mi pomohly praktické zkušenosti z mého života a dále metody dotazníkového šetření, analýza vybraných informací a komparace jednotlivých způsobů vymáhání a jejich výsledků. Cílem této práce by měla být větší informovanost veřejnosti jak efektivně vymáhat pohledávky.

Abstract:

This final work deals with the subject of effective recovery of debts from the viewpoint of the most effective method of their recovery and with the way the recovery should be realized without the necessity of incurring extreme costs. The work defines debt both from the theoretical legal aspect and also from its practical perspective. Here we have a description of the recovery methods to each of which are attached practical examples. The closing section of the work also offers recommendations for the broad public as to how to most effectively recover debts. The incentive for writing this work is the current situation in society. An ever increasing number of people are becoming debtors and consequently the number of debts to be recovered is rising. For this reason I am of the opinion that this work is stimulating as it offers brief and well-arranged material concerning this given theme. In this I was helped by personal experience and also by questionnaire investigation, by analyses of selected information and by comparison of the recovery methods and their results. The aim of this work is to provide more information to the public concerning recovery of debts.
