Obsahem práce je nový přístup ke správě báze znalosti v IBM Storage týmu. Tento tým je zodpovědný za okamžitou dostupnost citlivých dat zákazníka. Nový přístup ke správě znalostí se skládá ze soustavy pro distribuci znalostí a metodiky pro předávání dovedností mezi členy týmu.
