Congress tourism in the Czech Republic (specific location - Prague, analysis of services, competitiveness)

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá kongresovým cestovním ruchem v České republice se zaměřením na Prahu. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení významu kongresového cestovního ruchu v Praze a jeho postavení v rámci České republiky a v mezinárodním postavení, zejména pak srovnání s konkurenční Vídní. Při analýze je vycházeno především ze statistických ukazatelů organizace Prague Convention Bureau a Českého statistického úřadu a statistik mezinárodní organizace ICCA. Při zpracování bakalářské práce jsem k dosažení cíle využil metody analýzy statistických dat, metody komparace, syntézy a dedukce.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deal with Congress tourism in the Czech Republic especially in Prague. The aim of the bachelor thesis is assessment of the importance of the congress tourism in Prague and its position in Czech Republic and international position, especially comparison with Vienna. During analysis of statistical indicator were used datas from ICCA organization, Prague Convention Bureau organization and Czech Statistic Office. In this Bachelor thesis iused to achieve the objective methods of statistical data analysis, methods of comparison, synthesis and deduction.
