House-Tree-Person test in diagnostics of behaviour disorders in childhood

Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřila na podrobnější výzkum kresebné projektivní metody House-Tree-Person test (H-T-P), která dosud nebyla v našich podmínkách podrobněji zkoumána a není dosud ani používána. V předchozích letech byly na toto téma napsané čtyři diplomové práce (Nováková, 2004; Šmerdová 2004;Vrbová 2006; Zendulková 2006). Těžištěm našeho výzkumu bylo zaměřit se na posouzení kreseb H-T-P testu a zjištění případných rozdílů mezi skupinou pacientů s diagnózou porucha chování a kontrolní skupinou respondentů. Výzkumný soubor se skládal ze dvou skupin respondentů ve věku 12-15 let. V každé z uvedených skupin bylo 38 respondentů. Výzkumný soubor tedy celkem zahrnoval 76 respondentů. Hodnocení kreseb pacientů s diagnózou porucha chování a kontrolní skupiny respondentů odhalilo mezi oběma skupinami několik rozdílů. K nejvýznamnějším obecným znakům kreseb pacientů s diagnózou porucha chování patří vyšší míra odmítnutí akceptovat list papíru v předložené poloze, kresba chudá na detaily, kresba menších rozměrů a provedení kresby na nižší úrovni, než odpovídá věku. Rozdíly mezi sledovanými skupinami respondentů v kvalitě či kvantitě specifických kresebných znaků nedosahovaly statistické významnosti. Práce, čítající 136 stran, je rozdělena do pěti hlavních částí. První z nich je Úvod. Druhou Teoretický úvod rozdělený na podkapitoly Projektivní metody, Kresba jako diagnostická metoda, House-Tree-Person test a Poruchy chování v dětském věku. Třetí je Výzkumná část obsahující Vymezení problému, Teoretická východiska výzkumu, Výzkumný cíl a hypotézy, Charakteristika výzkumného souboru a podmínky výzkumu, Metody, Výsledky, Souhrn výsledků, Diskuse a Souhrn. Čtvrtou částí jsou Přílohy, kde je uvedeno Inquiry po kresbě a Ukázky kreseb. Pátou, poslední částí je Použitá literatura.

Abstract:

The thesis are focused on the more detailed research of drawing projective method „House- Tree- Person test“ (H-T-P). This method hasn`t been at greater lenght either analyzed or used in the Czech Republic yet. In the last years the four theses were written down on this topic: Nováková, 2004; Šmerdová, 2004; Vrbová, 2006 and Zendulková, 2006. The aim of our study was to asses H-T-P test drawings and try to find potential differences between the group of men with behaviour disorders diagnosis and men in the control one. Each group involved 38 men (i. e. 76 as a whole) at the age of 12 – 15 years. The assesment of drawings revealed some differences between the group of patients with behaviour disorders and men in the control group. As the most significant common signs of patients with behaviour disorders there are designated: a higher rate of non-accepting of sheet of paper in a standard position, drawings poor in details, drawings of smaller size and of lower developmental level. The differences in quolity and quantity of specific drawing signs observed in our study between the two groups of men mentioned above weren’t although statistically significant. The thesis has 136 pages and is divided to the five Chapters. The first Chapter „Preface“ is followed by „Introduction“ which contains four sections: Projective methods, Drawing as a diagnostic tool, House-Tree-Person test and Behaviour disorders in childhood. The third Chapter, The experimental par, includes : Specification (determination) of the topic, Theoretical outcomes of the research, Experimental aim and hypotheses, Characteristics of experimental group and specification of experimental conditions, Methods, Results, Discussion and Summary. To the fourth Chapter, Appendix, Inquiry following the own drawing is added and copies of some drawings. The References create the last Chapter of this thesis.
