Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit spokojenost zákazníků ve firmě Eutit s.r.o, prostřednictvím zpětné vazby, která bude prováděna pomocí dotazníku, rozhovoru a porovnávání výsledku. Celá bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní časti. Tou první je teoretická část, kde je čerpáno z odborné literatury a jsou zde zpracovány poznatky z oblasti zpětné vazby, zákazníka a podniku. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out the customer satisfaction in company Eutit s.r.o, through feedback, which will be done by questionnaires, interviews and comparing results.
