Bakalářská práce se zabývá výzkumem exprese markerů HE4 a PARK7/DJ1 u malignit spojených s postižením endometria. Anatomická stavba uteru a charakteristika karcinomu děložní sliznice je popsána v teoretické části. Celý proces zpracování je uveden v experimentální části. This bachelor’s thesis engage in the research of HE4 and PARK7/DJ1 expression in malignancies associated with endometrial involvement. In theoretical part is described a anatomical structure of uterus and characteristics of endometrial carcinoma. The whole process is contain in experimental part.
