Diplomová práce pojednává o vztahu mezi právem na spravedlivý proces a koncentračním principem v českém civilním soudním řízení. Zásada koncentrace řízení byla do českého právního řádu zavedena zákonem č. 30/2000 Sb. a zákonem č. 7/2009 Sb. Abstract:
The thesis is discussed the relationship between the right to a fair trial and the principle of concentration in the Czech civil proceedings. The principle of concentration was established in the Czech legal order by Act No. 30/2000 Coll. and Act No. 7/2009 Coll.
