Reactivity studies of N $\to$ M coordinating amides of group 13th elements

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studiem reaktivity amidů kovů 13. skupiny a syntézou organokovových chalkogenidů, které jsou vhodnými SSP prekurzory pro přípravu tenkých vrstev III-VI materiálů. Z literární rešerše bylo zjištěno, že největším problémem je příprava a stabilizace monomerních amidů prvků 13. skupiny.

Abstract:

This diploThis diploma thesis deals with the study of the reactivity of amides of group 13th metals and synthesis of organometallic chalcogenides, which are suitable single source precursors for the formation of thin films of III-VI materials. The literature review revealed that one of the biggest problems of monomeric amides is their preparation and stabilization. Thus, the experimental part of the thesis focuses on the synthesis of new monomeric amides of group 13th metals and their further reactivity.ma thesis deals with the study of the reactivity of amides of group 13th metals and synthesis of organometallic chalcogenides, which are suitable single source precursors for the formation of thin films of III-VI materials.
