Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem nákladů civilního řízení a jejich náhrady, a to v obecné rovině, což znamená, že až na výjimky není poukazováno např. na rozdíly v řízeních o opravných prostředcích, či vykonávacích řízeních.
