Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálním klimatem na 1. stupni ZŠ a jeho mapování na vybraných základních školách. Teoretická část se věnuje terminologii dané problematiky, metodám a přístupům jejího zkoumání, popisuje klima školy a třídy, zaměřuje se na osobnosti učitele a žáka, kteří se na budování klimatu ve škole podílí. The Bachelor thesis is focused on social climate within the first grade of an elementary school with the following analysis of pre-selected primary schools. The theory is dedicated to the terminology of this issue, to the methods and approaches to research.
