Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce se věnuje veřejnému užívání pozemků. Podrobně vymezuje, co se veřejným užíváním pozemků rozumí. Pozornost je zaměřena na rozbor jeho definičních znaků, identifikaci jeho subjektů, předmětu a obsahu stejně jako zodpovězení otázky, jak veřejné užívání vzniká a jakým způsobem omezuje vlastnické právo. The submitted diploma thesis deals with the public land use. It defines in detail what is meant by public land use. Attention is focused on the analysis of its defining features, the identification of its subjects, subject matter and content, as well as the answer to the question of how public use arises and how it restricts property rights.
