Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření metodiky stanovení oxidačního stavu Fe v minerálech skupiny turmalínu pomocí elektronové mikrosondy. Kalibrace metody byla založena na měření intenzity RTG záření v tzv. flank pozicích u přírodních turmalínů s odlišným obsahem Fe a s dominancí Fe2+ a jejich vyžíhaných ekvivalentů pouze s Fe3+. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on development of the method for quantification of the Fe oxidation state in tourmaline group minerals using an electron microprobe. The method is based on the measurement of the X-ray intensities at flank positions on natural tourmalines with a variable Fe content and with dominant Fe2+ and on their annealed Fe3+ equivalents.
