Automatic inspection of THD components
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je vytvoření inspekční metody pro kontrolu součástek s drátovými vývody pro užití v linii 3D inspekčních strojů firmy SAKI corporation užívajících software BF2. Inspekční metoda je založena na pěti algoritmech, měřících zda jsou parametry kontrolované součástky v uživatelem stanovených tolerancích. Abstract:
The goal of this project is to create an inspection method for THT components. This inspection method will be used in SAKI corporation 3D AOI machines using BF2 software. The inspection method consists of five algorithms checking whether parameters of the inspected component are within user-defined tolerances.
