Emócie a činnosť pracovníka banky

The emotions and activity of the bank employee
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to investigate the impact of emotions and emotional intelligence in the bank and non-banking environment for the exercise of their profession. Another objective was to assess the notion of the two groups of workers using the semantic differential. We examined the terms: stress at work, the mood in the workplace, the incidence of frustrating situations at work.
Abstract:
Cieľom mojej práce bolo skúmanie vplyvu emócií a emočnej inteligencie u pracovníkov banky a nebankového prostredia na výkon svojej profesie. Ďalším cieľom bolo hodnotenie vnímania pojmov oboma skupinami pracovníkov pomocou sémantického diferenciálu. Skúmali sme pojmy: stres pri práci, nálada na pracovisku, výskyt frustrujúcich situácií pri práci.
