Comaparison of ecological protection systems in new PIWI varieties

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na porovnání a zhodnocení rozdílů mezi rezistentními a nerezistentními odrůdami v různých systémech ochrany. Hodnocení se týká analytických rozborů vín a také senzorické kvality. Plocha PIWI odrůd v České republice neustále narůstá spolu s nároky na jejich kvalitu. Jejich nesporné výhody v ekologickém režimu budou v blízké budoucnosti hrát významnou roli v dalším rozhodování, které odrůdy se budou vysazovat více, či méně. Výsledky prokazují rozdílné hodnoty jak dle způsobu pěstování, tak kategorie odrůd v analytickém rozboru. Způsob pěstování nemá přímý vliv na celkový obsah fenolů, ale může ovlivnit jednotlivé látky. Senzorické hodnocení prokázalo, že způsob pěstování, či rezistence odrůdy nemají na výslednou kvalitu přímý vliv.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on comparing and evaluating the differences between resistant and non-resistant varieties in different protection systems. The evaluation refers to the analytical analyzes of the wines as well as the sensory quality. The area of PIWI varieties in the Czech Republic is constantly growing, along with the demands on their quality. Their indisputable advantages in the ecological régime will in the near future play a significant role in further decisions on which varieties will be planted more or less. The resulst show different values both according to the method of cultivation and category of varieties in the analytical analysis. The method of cultivation does not have a direct effect on the total content of phenols, but it can affect individual substances. The sensory evaluation proved that method of cultivation or the resistence of the variety have no direct effect on the resultin quality.
