Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na moderní spektroskopické metody používané ve forenzní analýze. V teoretické části jsou stručně popsány používané spektroskopické metody a hlavní pozornost je věnována dvěma inovativním metodám, a to Ramanově a terahertzové spektroskopii. This thesis focuses on modern spectroscopic methods used in forensic analysis. In the theoretical part are briefly described used spectroscopic methods and the main attention is given to the two innovative methods - Raman and terahertz spectroscopy.
