Cílem práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro soukromý podnik působící v oblasti pečovatelských služeb. The aim of the thesis is to compile a business plan for a private company operating in the field of care services. The theoretical part contains definitions and concepts related to small and medium-sized businesses and the specifics of the field focus based on professional literature.
