Diplomová práca sa zaoberá alternatívnymi zdrojmi financovania v SR. Práca je rozdelená do troch častí. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretický pohľad na problematiku. Klasické a alternatívne zdroje financovania – lízing, faktoring, forfaiting, franšízing, rizikový kapitál a projektové financovanie.
