Current issues of maintenance duty of parents to their minor children in comparison with german regulation
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá otázkou objektivizace určování výše výživného pro nezletilé dítě. Srovnává jednotlivá kritéria pro určování výše výživného podle české a německé právní úpravy, zmiňuje také problematiku dynamizace výživného a připravovanou novou úpravu výživného v Německu.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the question of objectification of maintenance duty to minor children. It compares several criteria for the height of maintenance duty according to the czech and german legal regulations, it mentions the problems of dynamism of maintenance duty and the incoming law regulations of maintenance duty in Germany.
