The Customer Satisfaction of A Selected Company
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu spokojenosti zákazníka a návrhy opatření ke zvýšení úrovně ve firmě Bačkůrka v České Lípě. V první části, tedy teoretické části jsou posouzeny teoretické pojmy a metody formou literární rešerše odborných publikací. V praktické části jsou použity metody analýzy a syntézy, podstatnou částí je realizace primárního výzkumu metodou dotazníkového šetření.Abstract:
The aim of the Bachelor Thesis is to analyse customer satisfaction and proposals for measures to increase the level in the company. In the first part, the theoretical part, we have assessed theoretical concepts and methods by a literature research of professional publications.
