Customer satisfaction utilizing tennis services in Ridera Sport a.s.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na spokojenost zákazníků areálu Ridera Sport s tenisovými službami, které nabízí. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány pojmy jako je marketing, služba, zákazník a jeho spokojenost, a v neposlední řadě benefity sportu zaměřené hlavně na tenis. Praktická část představuje základní informace o areálu Ridera Sport, metoda výzkumu, limitace, výsledky, komentáře a návrhy pro změnu. Pro sběr dat se použila metoda dotazování technikou dotazníků a SWOT analýza. Dotazníkové šetření odhalilo hlavní problémy Ridera Sport v rámci tenisových služeb a poukázala na hlavní přání klientů. Mezi kategorie s největším počtem nespokojených zákazníků patřila disproporce kvality tenisových trenérů, ceny dvorců, personálu, kvalita i nabídka ve sportovním obchodě, dostupnost areálu a rezervační systém. Závěr této práce navrhuje různá doporučení, jak tyto problémy vyřešit, a tedy zvýšit spokojenost a návštěvnost zákazníků Ridera Sport. Mezi doporučené návrhy se řadí pravidelná kontrola kvality personálu (hlavně tenisových trenérů), zavedení studentské slevy, postavení celoroční haly a poskytování lepších služeb spolu s větší nabídkou zboží ve sportovním obchodě.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses mainly on customers utilizing tennis services in Ridera Sport and their satisfaction. The paper presents two main parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains terms like marketing, service, customer, satisfaction and last but not least benefits of sports, primarily those of tennis. The practical part offers insight into the basic information about Ridera Sport, survey methods used to gather data, limitations, output, comments, and recommendations for change. For the use of collecting data a survey method of an online questionnaire and SWOT analysis were used. The questionnaire reveals several problems of Ridera Sport in regard to providing tennis services and it also represents some of the main customer wishes. Categories with the highest rate of dissatisfied respondents include disproportion of quality among tennis coaches, court prices, personnel, quality as well as small variety of goods in the sports shop, complex accessibility, and reservation system. The final part of this paper shows different options how to solve those detected problems and, in this way, enhance the customers' satisfaction and number of visits to the Ridera Sport complex. Some of the possible solutions include regular checks of personnel quality (especially tennis coaches), having student discount, building an all-year-round tennis hall, and providing more quality alongside variety of goods in the sports shop.
