Tato diplomová práce pojednává o zaměstnaneckých výhodách a to ve spojení se spokojeností zaměstnanců státního a soukromého sektoru. Cílem bylo analyzovat a popsat odměňování zaměstnanců zvolených společností a jak zaměstnanecké výhody motivují zaměstnance. This diploma thesis deals with employee´s benefits in connection with the satisfaction of employees of the state and private sector. The main target was to analyze and describe the remuneration of employees of selected companies, and how employee´s benefits motivate employees.
