The competencies of the kindergarten teacher in relation to the development of the talents of the children

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je teoreticko-empirického charakteru. Vymezuje profesní kompetence učitele mateřské školy ve vztahu k rozvoji nadání dětí. V teoretické části se práce věnuje profesním kompetencím, se kterými by měl být učitel seznámen a dokázat je vhodně využívat v rámci edukace nadaných dětí. Dále se zaměřuje na nadané děti předškolního věku a jejich rozvoj. V empirické části je práce zaměřena na kvantitativní výzkum prováděný prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, který je zaměřen na vnímání profesních kompetencí učitele mateřské školy ve vztahu k problematice nadání dětí.

Abstract:

This Bachelor's thesis is theoretical-empirical. It defines kindergarten teachers' professional competences in relation to development of children's talent, abilities and skills. The theoretical part is aimed at professional competences that teachers should get acquainted with and be able to use them properly while educating talented children. It is also focused on talented pre-school children and their progress. The empirical part is aimed at quantita-tive research that was done through questionnaires. This research has been focused on a kindergarten teacher's view on professional competences in relation to the issue of child-ren's talent, skills and abilities.
