The issue of choice of career and technical studies on the labor market

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zamýšlí nad problematikou volby povolání žáků základních škol, ukazuje faktory, které nejvíce ovlivňují volbu povolání. Ukazuje také důležitost vhodně zvoleného povolání v návaznosti na studium na střední škole, ale i uplatnění absolventů na trhu práce a hlavně postupné začleňování do pracovního procesu v podnicích a firmách. Výsledkem je jednodušší přechod mladých lidí ze základní školy přes střední školu až po zařazení na pracovní pozici ve firmě. Popsána je spolupráce se sociálními partnery, požadavky zaměstnavatelů na absolventy a organizace výuky odborného výcviku praxe na středních školách. Ve výzkumu diplomové práce je zaměřena pozornost na to jakým způsobem si žáci základních škol zjišťují informace o středních školách, kde se jimi vybrané obory učí.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the problems of the profession of primary school pupils, shows the factors that most affect career choice. It also shows the importance of properly chosen profession in relation to secondary school, but also use alsolventů labor market and especially the gradual integration into the workforce in enterprises and companies. The result is an easier transition of young people from elementary school through high school to the job classification in the company.Described is a collaboration with social partners, employers' requirements for graduates of the organization and teaching practices in secondary schools. The research thesis focuses attention on how primary school pupils collected information on middle schools where they teach selected courses.
