Abstract:
Práce je členěna do několika kapitol. První se věnuje vymezení a výkladu některých pojmů souvisejících s tématem práce. Druhá kapitola se zabývá trestným činem a znaky jeho skutkové podstaty. Třetí kapitola charakterizuje subjektivní stránku trestného činu, objasňuje pojem zavinění, jeho složky, obsah, míru a formy. The bachelor′s thesis is divided into several chapters. The first chapter deals with the definition and interpretation of certain terms related to the topic of bachelor′s thesis. The second chapter deals with the crime and the characteristics of its merits.
