Předmětem diplomové práce „Ekonometrický model determinant cen nemovitostí v Hradci Králové“ je vytvoření ekonometrického modelu na základě reálných dat z prodejů nemovitostí. První část práce definuje proměnné, které budou použity pro regresi, a také zkoumá vztahy mezi nimi na základě kontingenčních tabulek a korelační matice. The goal of the thesis "Econometric Model of Home Prices in Hradec Králové“ is to create econometric model on the basis of real data of sales prices from retailing estates.
