Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou programy zacházení v penitenciární praxi v českém vězeňství. Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické a aplikační části. Teoretická část se věnuje základním pojmům použitým v práci a novodobým dějinám českého vězeňství.
