Comparing of tyres for hybrid/electric cars with conventional tyres

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá významem použití specifických pneumatik pro elektrická/hybridní vozidla, jejich specifikací a porovnáním s pneumatikami pro vozidla s konvenčním pohonem. Úvodem je stručně popsána historie pneumatik, jejich konstrukce, materiály a namáhání, které na ně působí. V další části je zahrnuta analýza současného stavu na trhu s EV pneumatikami pro elektromobily/hybridy v ČR, který je následovaný přehledem největších odlišností oproti konvenční variantě. Uvedená analýza je doplněna porovnávacím měřením vybrané EV pneumatiky s konvenční alternativou prostřednictvím deformačních charakteristik těchto pneumatik.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the importance of using specific tyres for electric/hybrid vehicles, their specification and comparison with tyres for vehicles with conventional drive. The introduction briefly describes the history of tyres, their construction, materials and stresses that act on them. The next part includes an analysis of the current state of the market for EV tyres for electric cars/hybrids in the Czech Republic, which is followed by an overview of the biggest differences compared to the conventional variant. The above analysis is supplemented by a comparative measurement of the selected EV tyre with a conventional alternative through the deformation characteristics of these tyres.
