Cílem bakalářské práce je představit právní aspekty regulace mezinárodního obchodu při dovozu léčiv do České republiky, se zaměřením na mezinárodní obchod v evropském kontextu. The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to introduce Legal Aspects of International Trade Concerning the Import of Pharmaceuticals to the Czech Republic, with a focus on International Trade in the European context.
