Community attitudes to growth of city part Prague 13

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na komunitní přístupy k rozvoji městské části Praha 13. Cílem je zhodnocení využití stávajících konceptů plánování s důrazem na komunitní a participativní přístupy. Teoretická část práce se věnuje představení komunitního plánování společně s jeho rolemi, principy, nástroji a využitím v územním plánování, strategickém plánování a plánování sociálních služeb. Dále se teoretická část věnuje procesu a plánu participace společně s jejími metodami a riziky. Praktická část se blíže zaměřuje na charakteristiku Prahy 13, na komunitní přístupy ve strategii rozvoje území, územním plánování, plánování sociálních služeb a ve využívání místní Agendy 21. Součástí práce je porovnání městské části Praha 13 s městskou částí Praha 9 ve využívání komunitních přístupů a participace. Výsledkem porovnání je rozsáhlejší využívání komunitních přístupů a metod participace v městské části Praha13 oproti městské části Praha 9. Diplomová práce přináší ucelený pohled a zhodnocení využití komunitních přístupů a participace s občany v městské části Praha 13. Závěrem práce přináší doporučení pro zvýšení participace s občany v oblasti plánování.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on community attitudes to growth of city part Prague 13. The aim is to evaluate using of planning designs witch lay on community and participative attitudes. Theoretical part of thesis describes community planning with its roles, principals, tools and also describes evaluation of land planning, strategy planning and planning of social services. Theoretical part is focused on process and plan of participation with its methods and risks. Practical part describes characteristic of Prague 13, community attitudes to strategy progress of land, land planning, planning of social services and evaluation of the local Agenda 21. One part of the thesis compares city part Prague 13 with city part Prague 9 in evaluating of community attitudes and methods of participation. The result of comparison is the more extensive use of community attitudes and methods of participation in city part Prague 13 compared city part Prague 9. The diploma thesis brings a complex view and evaluation of community attitudes and participation between citizens and city part Prague 13. Closing part brings a recommendation for increasing participation of citizens in part of planning.
