Práce analyzuje činnost Městského divadla Kladno a Městského divadla Mladá Boleslav. Zaměřuje se zejména na jejich management a jím zvolenou cenovou strategii. První část práce je zaměřena na historii, management, současnou situaci, dramaturgický profil a návštěvnost obou divadel. The thesis analyses activity of Městské divadlo Kladno (City Theatre in Kladno) and Městské divadlo Mladá Boleslav (City Theatre in Mladá Boleslav). It focuses mainly on their management and its price strategy. The first part aims on history, management, current situation, dramaturgical profile and attendance rate of both theatres.
