Abstract:
Práce se zabývá metodami vyšetření antinukleárních protilátek, které slouží k diagnostice systémových chorob pojiva. Jsou popsána nejdůležitější systémová onemocnění, jako je systémový lupus erythematodes nebo Sjögrenův syndrom. Dále se práce zabývá jednotlivými typy antinukleárních protilátek a metodami jejich vyšetření, ke kterým patří nepřímá imunofluorescence, ELISA a imunoblot. Poslední kapitola …more
Abstract:
The work deals with examination methods of antinuclear antibodies that serve to diagnostics of connective tissue diseases. The most important diseases like systemic lupus erythematodes or Sjögren's syndrome are described. Further deals the work with individual types of antinuclear antibodies and methods of their examination; among them rank indirect immunofluorescence, ELISA and immunoblotting. The …more
