Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo najít a analyzovat software pro práci s prázdnými místy v proteinech. V rámci těchto prázdných míst jsem se zaměřil na tunely. V průběhu studia literatury jsem našel 4 různé nástroje s tímto zaměřením (Mole1.4, Mole2.0, Caver, MolAxis). The aim of this thesis was to find and analyze software capable of calculating protein empty voids with an emphasis on tunnel detection. During the publication study, I found 4 different tools with such capabilities (Mole1.4, Mole2.0, Caver, MolAxis).
