Safety in Industry 4.0

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou Průmyslu 4.0 a zabezpečením jednoho z jejich klíčových prvků - kolaborativních robotů. Jsou zde definovány jednotlivé průmyslové revoluce a jejich klíčové prvky, s podrobnějším zaměřením na Průmysl 4.0. Další bod je orientován na kolaborativní roboty, jejich zabezpečení a normy/technické specifikace, které se na ně vztahují. Dále jsou uvedeny konkrétní příklady kolaborativních robotů a jejich zabezpečení, jak je prezentuje výrobce. Nakonec jsou uvedeny současné problémy kolaborativní robotiky a hodnocení jejich zabezpečení.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of Industry 4.0 and the safety of one of its key elements - collaborative robots. Individual Industrial Revolutions and their key elements are defined here, with a more detailed focus on Industry 4.0. The next point focuses on collaborative robots, their security and the standards / technical specifications that apply to them. Furthermore, the thesis surveys specific examples of collaborative robots and their security, as presented by the manufacturer. Finally, the current problems of collaborative robotics and evaluation on their security are presented.
