My Bachelor’s thesis describes issues regarding the Shaken Baby Syndrome and its forensic and biomechanical aspects within the societal awareness of its existence. The work is divided into five chapters, which clarify the term „shaken baby syndrome”, its forensic and biomechanical aspects, a legal context of the syndrome as well as its prevention and intervention.
