Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat popsáním historie, vzniku a vývoje programu Napster a s ním souvisejícího problému sdílení a šíření hudby v síti internet. Dále problémem vnímání počítačového pirátství a nelegálního šíření hudby. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis pursues the description of birth, history and evolution of Napster program and the coherent problem of sharing and spreading music in the Internet, as well as general perceiving of computer piracy and illegal spreading of music.
