Analysis on Service Level in the Selected Guest House in Luhačovice from Customers Point of View
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu úrovně služeb z pohledu zákazníka ve vybraném penzionu v Luhačovicích. Hlavní cílem práce je zhodnotit dosavadní úroveň poskytovaných služeb a navrhnout doporučení do budoucna pro zlepšení těchto služeb.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the service level from the point of view of the customers in the selected guest house in Luhačovice city. The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate the current level of provided services and give an eventual recommendations for the future service improvements.
