Bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma „Hospodaření s majetkem obce“, a to s cílem analyzovat problematiku nakládání s nemovitým majetkem obcí. Při zpracování byly využity především zkušenosti autorky z praxe, podložené stávající judikaturou a názory právní vědy.
