Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou home officu v konkrétní společnosti. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definování termínu home office a termínů, které s ním úzce souvisí. Především upíná pozornost na přínosy a nevýhody z více pohledů. Praktická část zkoumá výsledky vlastního šetření z provedených rozhovorů se zaměstnavatelem i zaměstnancem, a zároveň i dotazníku. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of home office in a particular company. The theoretical part focuses on defining the term home office and terms that are closely related to it. Above all, it focuses on the benefits and dissadvantages from multiple perspectives.
