Standard of nursing care of woman in physiological puerperium

Abstract:

Moje bakalářská práce se nazývá Standard ošetřovatelské péče o ženu s fyziologickým šestinedělím a jedná se o teoreticko-praktickou práci. V teoretické části se zabývám stručně anatomií reprodukční soustavy ženy, popisuji šestinedělí a jeho veškeré změny, jak po stránce fyzické, tak i psychické. Zajímám se také o úlohy porodních asistentek na oddělení šestinedělí a o celkovou ošetřovatelskou péči o ženu po porodu v době hospitalizace. V praktické části zpracovávám tři kazuistiky žen s fyziologickým šestinedělím a popisuji poskytovanou ošetřovatelskou péči formou ošetřovatelského procesu. Využívám zde ošetřovatelský model Gordonové a ošetřovatelské diagnózy dle taxonomie Nanda II. Na základě těchto kazuistik vypracovávám a chtěla bych se pokusit realizovat standard ošetřovatelské péče o ženu s fyziologickým šestinedělím v praxi.

Abstract:

My thesis is called the standard of nursing care for women normal puerperium and it is a theoretical and practical work. The theoretical part deals with a brief anatomy of the reproductive system of women, postpartum and describe any changes, both on the physical but also psychological. Am also interested in the role of midwives at the Department of confinement and the overall nursing care of women after childbirth at the time of hospitalization. In practice often process three case histories of women with normal puerperium and creating nursing process. We use the Gordon model of nursing and nursing diagnosis in Nanda II domains. Based on these case studies are developed and I would try to implement the standard of nursing care in praktice
