Connection

Abstract:

Tento absolventský magisterský projekt pojednává nejen o propojení žen mezi sebou, ale také s přírodou, tancem a uměním jako takovým. Stojí na textech básnířky Emily Dickinson, ve kterých se poukazuje na žal, nenaplněné touhy, lásky a podobně. Projekt vznikl ve spolupráci s dalšími dvěma studentkami téhož ročníku i oboru. Tato práce je popisem celého projektu od námětu, organizace, technických náležitostí a veškerých příprav, zkoušek a také následného uvedení na veřejném Brněnském festivalu Sítko.

Abstract:

This master graduate project deals not only with the connection among different women, but also with the connection with nature, dance and art itself. It is built on the texts written by the poetess Emily Dickinson, that are filled with grief, unfulfilled desire, love etc. This project is a result of cooperation with two colleagues from my class. This thesis is a description of the whole project from the initial idea, theme, organization to technical aspects, rehearsal process followed by the premiere on Brno festival “Sítko“.
