Cílem diplomové práce Rating a jeho využití je vymezení ratingu a jeho metodologie s následnou praktickou aplikací při určení ratingu firmy. První část je zaměřena na popis historického vývoje ratingu až po současný stav. V druhé části jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé typy ratingu dle různých kritérií.
