Diplomová práca sa zaoberá pracovnou silou a predikciou jej vývoja na nasledujúce obdobie. Práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol. Prvá kapitola sa zaoberá teoretickými východiskami demografického vývoja, trhu práce, pracovnej sily a migrácie.
